6 months temp Graduates Programmes Executive

Salary: $10/hr - $12/hr


Responsibilities:

Marketing
* Preparation of brochures, catalogues and other publicity materials
* Promoting programme information through the programmes' websites
* Liaising with industry and professional associations
* Answering queries of prospective students
* Organising programme briefings


* Admissions
* Creating programme-related advertisements and announcements
* Facilitating the availability of admissions materials through various channels
* Review of applications, management of admissions tests, organizing interviews, sending offer letters and following up on applications received.


*Academic Matters
* Registration, withdrawal and deferment requests
* Co-ordination of courses, examinations etc
* Orientation and time-tabling
* Organising workshops and seminars
* Registration of dissertation topics and handling of dissertation examination related matters


Student and Alumni Relations
* Assisting in the social activities by students
* Updating of alumni database and promotion of alumni relations


Miscellaneous Administrative Duties
* Provide support to coordinators and committees, liaison with professional associations, school and university offices
* Coordination of seminars and presentations.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a recognized Degree or equivalent.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in programme management is required for this position.
* Experience in an academic setting would be advantageous
* Computer literacy with office software including database management and spreadsheets programme.
* Excellent organizational and communications skills.
* Ability to multi-task with an eye for detail.
* Good attitude, senses of responsibility and commitment.
* Temporary positions available.
