Responsibilities:
Working in a Media and Finance Information Industry
Provide superior customer service to clients on inbound phone calls
Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff
Outbound calling will be necessary to verify new users
Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using proprietary company software
Requirements:
Singaporean/ PR preferred
Strictly Degree Holders ONLY
Ability to provide exceptional customer service
Strong telephone etiquette
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Multi-tasking skills and ability to work well under pressure
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to be a team player
Fluent in English and Cantonese or Korean or Thai or Vietnamese
Experience in a call centre environment preferred
Able to work on weekends and holidays
Able to start IMMEDIATELY
