Responsibilities
Answering incoming calls and forwarding them to the relevant parties
Attending to walk-in guests
In-charge of conference/training/meeting rooms booking
Handling and distributing all incoming mails/faxes
Handling all outgoing mails / and control the usage of postage stamps
Handling couriers for both local and foreign countries
Procurement of office stationery and pantry supplies
Maintenance of fax machine, copier, pantry and utility areas.
Provide daily operational and administrative support
Ensure reception cleanliness and housekeeping
Others Adhoc Duties.
Job Requirements
Min GCE “N’/“O” level or Diploma with related working experience as a receptionist
Able to work independently, self-motivated and meticulous
Pleasant personality, courteous and proactive
Good telephone etiquette
Bilingual and speak fluent English
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Applications
Able to commit for at least 6 months
Working location @ River Valley Road
We offer 5 days work ( 9am to 6pm)

Transportation pick-up points at Tiong Bahru in the morning session.
