Admin Assistant (1 Month Temp)

Role: Admin Assistant

Duration: 1 month (Subject to renewal of contract depends on business needs)

Working Location: West, Singapore




The Role:

Assist the Project Admin is day to day administration duties for the project team
Coordination work and filing
Correspondence with internal and external vendors
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Pre-requisites:



Diploma Holders
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Bilingual in English and Chinese
Equipped with some admin working experiences
Commited
