Temp Admin Assistant (Near Expo / 5 days week)

Our Client is dealing with the installation / testing / commissioning of the signaling system for the railway and they are urgently looking for a 2 months Temp Admin Assistant (with conversion to permanent subject to performance).

Job Descriptions:-

- Handle administrative duties
- Answering of phone calls
- Other ad-hoc duties


Requirements:-

- Min ‘O’ levels with 2-3 years of experience in Admin area preferred
- Well versed in English with the ability to communicate with different levels of people.
- Good inter-personal skills with a pleasant personality.
- Self-motivated & Fast Learner.
- Able to handle stress & multi-task.
- Able to perform work without much supervision. (Independent)
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice will be an added advantage.


Working Location / Remuneration:-

- 5 mins walk from Expo
- 5 days, Monday to Friday (9am-5pm)
- Hourly-paid basis during Temp period
