Post : Temporary Customer Service Officer * 30Job Type : Temporary (6 Months)Location : Serangoon NorthWorking Days : 5 days (Roster Monday to Sunday)Working Hours : 42 hours per week (Rotational Shift , First Shift Start : 8.00am and the Last Shift End : Midnight)Transport : Will be provided for the midnight shift.
Job Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’ Level/Diploma Holder- A pleasant disposition and must possess good customer service handling skills and very customer orientated- Cheerful with good communication skills- Some helpdesk experience in a call centre an advantage- Must be able to commit minimum 6months & above, commit to shift duties and able to start work immediately
Job Responsibilities:
- To handle hotline in a call centre environment- Attend to customers' enquiries and complaints- To handle general paperwork and ad hoc duties as assigned- Handle any other duties as assigned
