Temporary: Customer Service Officer cum Admin Assistant X 10 (3 months to 1 year) - GRF

Salary: nego

Responsibilities:

• Data entry
• Administrative duties e.g. typing, filing
• Answering phone enquiries
• Calling industry partners to collect feedback
• Assist with operations matters
• Handle customer’s enquires and complaints
• Able to handle high volume of calls

Requirements:

• Min. Nitec/ 'O' levels/ Diploma
• Able to start work on immediately
• Able to work independently
• Previous customer service experience will be an added advantage
• Service-oriented
