Working Hours: 5days 8am to 6pm [however they might be some change]

Requirements
The candidate should possess the following qualifications, skills and attributes:
A good diploma and/or degree
Minimum 2 year's experience in customer services and collections
Initiative and positive outlook
Excellent communications and problem solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines
Job Scope
Administers the registration system
Ensures accountability of accounts receivables
Maintains a high level of service standards
Supports the Director of Operations
