Temp Accounts/Admin Assistants Needed

Salary: $7/hr and above


Position 1: Temp Accounts Assistant in reputable French MNC

Location: West with pick up at Jurong East and Clementi MRT
Salary: $7.00 hourly

Working hours:
Mon to Fri: 9am to 6pm


Duties:
• Performing simple accounting duties (AP, AR) in accounts department
• Training will be provided
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned


Requirements:
 Candidates with accounting work experience
 Undergrads with accounting/banking and finance background are welcomed to apply
 MS Office proficient
 Able to start work immediately till end September


Position 2: Temp Administrative Assistant

Location: Bouna Vista
Salary: commensurate with qualifications and experience
Working hours: 5 day work week. 7.30am to 4.30pm.

Duties:
 Provide administrative and documentation support for Operations Department
 Filing, data entry and general office duties


Requirements:
 GCE 'O' Levels with some working experience
 Sound administrative and organizational skills
 MS Office proficient
 Team-player with a cheerful disposition
 Able to start work immediately till December 2008

Position 3: Temp Administrative Assistant

Duration: Starting 23 June 08 (3-6 months)
Location: West
Salary: $6.50 hourly

Duties:
• Provide general admin support to the purchasing department
• filing, photocopy of documents
• ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
• GCE 'O' Levels with some temporary working experience
• Pre-enlistees are welcomed
• MS Office proficient
• able to commit for a period of 3 months
