Responsibilities:
Admin Assistant
To assist in administrative duties in a call-center
Filing & Photocopying of documents
Assisting in the submission of employees leave; allowances claim
Customer Service
To work in a call center environment
Attending to customers' enquires
Providing solution to customer queries/complaints/ feedback
Providing information to customers about company's products and services
Liaising with internal departments
No telemarketing of products required
Requirements:
Admin Assistant/ Customer Service
8.5 hours of rotational shift work
Must be able to work rotational shifts on weekends and public hoildays
A shift allowance of S$10 will be given for work starting from 10.30am
Taxi Reimbursement will be provided
Candidates currently studying in University and Polytechnic may apply!
Renewable contract upon completion
Min N Levels/ O Levels / A Levels / Polytechnic Diploma / Fresh School Leavers / ORD Personnel/ Students may apply!
Interested Candidates must be a Singaporean or Singpore PR
Training for successful candidates will be provided!
Candidates must be bilingual (E.g English and other language choice)
