Responsibilities:
Handle and assist customers' enquiries, complaint and feedback in a call centre enviroment.
Assist in other clerial or administrative work as and when required
Requirements:
MUST commit for 6 months till January 2009
Minimum O Levels / A Levels / Polytechnic Diploma
MUST be able to work on scheduled weekends and public hoildays
MUST be able to work on scheduled rotating shifts
Fresh School Leavers & ORD Personnel are welcome to apply
Only Singapore Citizen need to apply
Training is provided.
MUST be fluent in English and in another local language
Working Days : Mondays to Sundays (Scheduled 5 working days per week)
Working Hours : Scheduled rotating shifts - from 8 am to 9 pm (8.5 working hours per day)
Fixed Working Location : Buona Vista (15 mins from MRT station by bus) OR Orchard (15 mins by from MRT station)
Gross Salary : $7 per hour during 1 month training & $9 per hour thereafter (Min $1700 per month including shift allowances)
Shift Allowance of $10 per day for shifts that end after 11 pm
Overtime and Public Holiday Pay
Full Taxi Reimbursement for going home after 11 pm
