Patient Service Clerks x 2 (Temp or Perm)
Job Scope:
- Coordination of frontline operations at the counter
- Scheduling / rearranging of appointments for patients
- Handling of inbound calls / enquiries over the counter
- Attending to patients' enquries
- Assisting other medical staff such as doctors & nurses when required
Requirements:
- Min. GCE 'O' Levels / Diploma graduates
- Fresh school leavers are welcome!
- Customer service oriented and outspoken
- Able to cope with fast-paced environment and a good multi-tasker
- Only Singaporeans / Singapore PRs will be considered for the position
- Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications
TEMP POSITIONS ARE AVAILABLE!! - At least 3 months commitment is needed for temporary positions ($6.50 - $7/hr)
