Mobile Phones Call Centre Agent (3 months,North,$8/hr)

 
Working hours: Mon to Sun (Shift work between 8am to 10pm, 1 to 2 off on weekdays, Up to 42 hours per week)
Pay: $7/hr (Training), $8/hr (Actual work)
Location: North


Job scope

  • To handle high volume of incoming calls from customers 
  • Attend enquiries related to mobile phones 
  • Provide accurate advise promptly
  • Resolve doubts and complains effectively
  • Other ad-hoc duties if needed

Requirements

  • At least 'A' level and above
  • Able to work for 3 months and commence work from 25th Mar onwards  (i.e till 24th June 13)
  • Articulate well in English
  • Matured, independent
  • Good interpersonal skills,
