Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Changi Area
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
Job Scope:
- Proper administration and documentation for shipping related arrangement
- Processing of order, confirmation, delivery and invoicing of goods and services
- Follow up for shipments
- Provide assistance to customer's queries
- Ensuring accuracy in the follow up of all transactions
- Any other adhoc duties assigned by the Customer Service Senior Supervisor
Requirements:
- Takes initiative and meticulous
- Able to work independently and in a team as well
- Learn and adapt fast to the environment
- Possess good attitude
- Fresh grads may be considered
