Admin Assistant (Healthcare)

Temp and perm positions available

Responsibilities:
·         Full Admin duties
·         Coordinating logistics for training
·         Fielding telephone calls, answering enquiries or arranging for appointments
·         Data entry & filing
·         Scanning and filing of documents
·         Sort, distribute mails
·         Liaising workflow with other departments

Requirements:
·         GCE A Levels / Diploma in any discipline with minimum 1-2 years of experience
·         Fresh grads are also welcome to apply
·         Able to work with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, outlook)
·         Able to start work immediately or within short notice
·         Applicable to Singaporeans or Singapore PRs
