Patient Service Associate (call centre) - temp and perm positions available!!

Responsibilities

  • Assist with incoming phone enquiries in the Appointment Centre.
  • Assist with contacting patients on their scheduled appointments, which include making, changing or cancelling of appointments.
  • Attend to enquiries and link up telephone connections during the absence of the telephone operator.
  • You will also be trained and deployed to cover frontline outpatients’ service clinic counter when required.

Requirements
  • GCE N, O Level, ITE or equivalent.
  • Experience in call centre will be an added advantage.
  • 5 days work week/ Office hours
