Responsibilities
- Assist with incoming phone enquiries in the Appointment Centre.
- Assist with contacting patients on their scheduled appointments, which include making, changing or cancelling of appointments.
- Attend to enquiries and link up telephone connections during the absence of the telephone operator.
- You will also be trained and deployed to cover frontline outpatients’ service clinic counter when required.
- GCE N, O Level, ITE or equivalent.
- Experience in call centre will be an added advantage.
- 5 days work week/ Office hours
