Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment matters
- Assist Senior HR Executive / HR Manager in their daily routine
- Liaise with the respective heads of department regarding recruitment needs
- Processing of payroll matters eg tabulating of figures, etc
- Preparation of letter of appointments, staff pass, orientation programmes for new staff
- Administrative duties
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management from Local Polytechnics
- Min 1 to 2 years of relevant HR working experience
- Knowledge of SAP is preferred
- Comfortable working in healthcare settings
- Able to start work immediately
- Applicable to only Singaporean / Singapore PR
