Call Centre Associates 

Temp position, convertible to perm staff (able to commit at least 3 months and above)
$6.50 - $7 / hour

  • Scheduling of appointments for patients
  • Attending to patient enquiries and other feedback given
  • Providing excellent level of customer service and assistance to patients / general public
  • General administrative support and tracing of casenotes for calls
  • Other duties as assigned by call centre manager 

REQUIREMENTS
  • Comfortable in a hospital/polyclinic setting
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to manage difficult customers 
  • Office hours, 5.5 day week
  • Singaporeans / Singapore PR only
