Administrative Assistant / Junior Secretary (1 year contract)
- Assisting of IT manager in general administrative duties such as filing, faxing
- Arranging of meetings, conferences and other training activities for the IT department
- Taking of minutes during meetings and maintaining proper documentation as needed
- Maintaining a proper record and filing system
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min. GCE 'A' levels / Diploma holders in any field
- At least 1 to 2 years of related administrative experience
- Office hours, 5 days week (Work on sats as and when needed)
- Must be comfortable to work in the healthcare sector
- Singaporeans or Singapore PR only!!
