Admin Asst / Junior Secretary (Contract)

Administrative Assistant / Junior Secretary (1 year contract)


  • Assisting of IT manager in general administrative duties such as filing, faxing
  • Arranging of meetings, conferences and other training activities for the IT department
  • Taking of minutes during meetings and maintaining proper documentation as needed
  • Maintaining a proper record and filing system
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned


Requirements:


  • Min. GCE 'A' levels / Diploma holders in any field
  • At least 1 to 2 years of related administrative experience
  • Office hours, 5 days week (Work on sats as and when needed)
  • Must be comfortable to work in the healthcare sector 
  • Singaporeans or Singapore PR only!!
