Service Recovery Staff ($6.50-$8/hr, Plaza Singapura)

Service Recovery - Customer Service
- Weekly pay
- Work at least 4 days a week (preferably 1 out of 2 weekend as well)
Locations : Plaza Singapura
Working Hours : 11am - 8pm (1 hour break)
Salary : (Mon-Fri) $6.50/hr, (Sat & Sun) $8.00/hr

Job Scope:
- Attend to customer's queries and perform transactions for items
- Follow up on Customer's order status and complains
- Handle general administrative duties

Requirements:
- Possess good communication skills
- Look pleasant, friendly and approachable
- Able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment
- Must be able to deal with customers' complains as well
