Main job responsibilities
- To handle high volume of inbound calls from customers regarding phone/mobile enquiries
- Reply customers with patience & in friendly tone
- Provide quick and accurate info to customers
- Resolve complaints efficiently
Details:
- North location (Nearest MRT: AMK)
- Working days: You must be able to attend all 5 days training from 8th Jan 13 to 16th Jan 13 (9am to 6pm/8.30am to 5.30pm)
- From 17th Jan 13 to 31st Mar 13 : To work either 8am to 12pm or 10am to 2pm (5 days work week including weekends compulsory)
- Pay: $7/hr (Training)
- Pay: $8.50/hr (Actual work)
