Shipping Customer Service

Customer Service

JOb Description Responsibilities:

-Handle full spectrum of order processing including shipping
documentations and L/C negotiations
-Ensure efficient order and shipment fulfillment
-Work closely with various departments or suppliers or customers and
logistics service providers
-Liaise with clients on shipments issues
-Responsible for completing appropriate documentation, such as import
& export declaration, invoice, packing list, certificates, etc, for
domestic or international shipment
-Track deliveries to ensure cost effectiveness
-Assist to plan for incoming or outgoing shipments
-Handle phone enquiries
-Other administrative duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

-Min GCE"O/A' Level or it's equivalent
-Min.1-2 years working experience or similar capacity
-Knowledge and ability to handle L/C shipment and documentation
-Able to handle full set of
Import/Export documents
-Able to work independently
-Exposure to transportation or freight forwarding company
-Well verse & Proficient in Microsoft office applications
-ONLY SINGAPOREAN/ PR MAY APPLY
