Job Title Temporary Sales Coordinator

JOb Description Responsibilities :

• 1 - 2 years relevant working experience

• Fresh Graduates will be considered

• Generate transactions & process Sales Order, Pick List

• Arrange transport & machine delivery

• Updating of sales databases

• Monitor & preparation documents for Tender

• Responsible in sales support & co-ordinations duties

Requirements :

-proficient in MS Office applications
-SAP experience is a plus
-possess initiative & able to work under minimum supervision
-bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with Intl client

Working hour : 8.30am to 6pm
Working day : Monday to Friday
Duration : 2 – 3 months
Location: Kaki Bukit
Singaporean and SPR preferred
