Receptionist ( 3- 6 months, Tanjong Pagar area)

JOb Description Taks / duties of Temp Receptionist: -

1. Receive incoming parcels/ documents

2. Send outgoing parcels/documents using courier services

a. Local parcels – as and when needed

b. Overseas parcels – every Friday

3. Send outgoing mails – Local and overseas

4. Sort and distribute daily incoming mails

5. Order stationery, business cards and ink toners & cartridges

6. Liaise with Singtel for upgrade of mobile phones or new
mobile line application

7. Liaise with Singtel for Blackberry phones repair and servicing

8. Verify invoices for stationery, business cards, courier
services, photocopier toners.

9. Answer and transfer incoming phone calls

10. Maintain company's phone directory

12. To call for service support when office equipment or
fittings break down

Requirements:
Presentable, good interpersonall skills, minimum experience in prior
receptionist cum admin role is ideal.

Period: min 3 months, extendable to 6 months
Working hours: 8am - 5pm
