Temp / Perm Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:

·        Creating and maintaining office documents (Data Entry)

·        Perform coordination between department

·        Coordinate work flow and meetings

·        Filing of documents, records and reports

·        Open, sort and distribute mails or package

 

Requirements:

·         Min GCE “O” Level / Nitec / Diploma

·         1- 2 years of relevant experience will be an advantage

·         Temp / Perm positions are available too
