Temp Admin cum Receptionist needed (2 months)

Location: Tanjong Pagar
Office hours, Mon to Fri
Up to $7/hr

Job scope:

- Handling the reception counter, attend to visitors
- Arranging for courier services
- Ordering of stationeries & pantry items
- Data entry of information and maintain data accuracy
- Other admin duties as assigned

Requirements:

* Able to work from 21st Oct 13 to 20th Dec 13
* Good in MS Excel
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Able to work independently
