· Create a positive first impression to patients and visitors
· Screening of patients/visitors at first point of contact to ensure they are at the right location and direct them if they are lost
· Coordinate among service points to ensure seamless service flow.
· Provide assistance to patients with special needs or those who require extra care or attention
· Provide good customer service
· Assist fellow colleagues who are having difficulty in handling or addressing patients’/visitors’ needs
· Maintain cleanliness of the reception areas and workstations to maintain a professional image of the hospital
· To ensure confidential information is safely kept at all times.
· Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
