Receptionist (3 days Assignment!)


Our client, a global publishing company, seeks

Job Description:
- Oversee the front office duties
- Manage all guests and walk-in visitors
- Booking of meeting rooms
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls & mails
- Other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements: 
- Fresh grads / Students on Vacation / Part time students WELCOME TO APPLY!
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to commit on 14 October, 16 October & 17 October 13
- 5 DAYS WORK WEEK, OFFICE HOURS (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Salary:  Up to $8/hr (depending on experience)

Location: Walking distance from One-North MRT station
