Healthcare Assistant (Hospital Setting)

Office Hours / Shift Hours

Job Scope:

• Orientate new patients to their assigned bed and facilities in the ward
• Take patients' body temperature, pulse and respiration, and document the parameters accordingly
• Assist Nurses in basic wound dressing
• Delivering of documents or specimens to other departments or fetching of blood for patients
• Maintain good infection control practices at all times
• Housekeeping duties such as maintaining cleanliness of items used by patients such as table tops, cabinets, crockery, urinals and bedpan 

Requirements:

• Minimal N / O Levels or HMI Cert
• Able to work shifts
• Comfortable seeing and handling bloods sample
