CLINIC ASSISTANT *URGENT* (ISLANDWIDE)

Job Duties:
  • Handling patients' enquiries
  • Registration of patients and keying in patients personal particulars to database
  • Handling payments and provide financial counselling
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Handling phone calls / Scheduling or rescheduling of appointments
  • Other administrative duties assigned by supervisor

     
 Requirements:
  • O/N level, Diploma, A level, Nitec/Higher Nitec are all welcome to apply
  • Preferred to have customer service experience
  • No experience are welcome to write in!
  • Basic MS office skills
