Job Duties:
- Handling
patients' enquiries
- Registration
of patients and keying in patients personal particulars to database
- Handling
payments and provide financial counselling
- Provide
excellent customer service
- Handling
phone calls / Scheduling or rescheduling of appointments
- Other
administrative duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- O/N
level, Diploma, A level, Nitec/Higher Nitec are all welcome to apply
- Preferred
to have customer service experience
- No experience are welcome to write in!
- Basic MS office skills
