Facilities Admin Assistant (Hospitality Industry, 3 months contract)

Responsibilities

- Assisting the Facilities Manager
- Handle facilities management matters
- Liaise and follow up with tenants, contractors and building maintenance
- Handle administration duties such as request for quotation, issuing work order.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements

- Min Diploma / Degree in Integrated Facilities Management, Real Estate, Property/Building Management, Engineering courses or any relevant field of study
- On-the-job training provided
- Good training ground for fresh graduates
- Good interpersonal skills & a team player

Salary: Up to $2000 (depending on qualification and experiences)

Location: Accessible from Tiong Bahru / Harbour Front / Telok Blangah MRT
