Job Responsibilities:        
•    Developing and implementing human resources strategies 
•    Developing, updating and implementing human resources policies and processes
•    Manpower planning
•    Familiarizing with Employment Act, CPF Act and statutory regulations
•    Recruitment, conducting interviews, selection and etc
•    Drafting and posting job advertisement
•    Performing due diligence, background and reference check for shortlisted candidates
•    Maintaining and updating personal files and database for all staffs
•    Conducting orientation for new employees
•    Preparing letter of appointment, confirmation, promotion, transfer, resignation, termination and etc 
•    Developing and reviewing compensation & benefits e.g. incentives, recognition, awards and etc
•    Planning and implementing healthy lifestyle initiatives e.g. organize sports and recreational events
•    Administration for annual leave of all staffs
•    Employee Relations and Communication e.g. listening, understanding, managing and resolving dispute and grievances
•    Developing and implementing employee loyalty and retention initiatives
•    Learning & development 
•    Application of government training grants and maintaining training records
•    Performance management
•    Succession planning
•    Meeting and liaising with people e.g. external service providers, clients, stakeholders and etc

•    Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the human resources-relating document files
•    Work pass applications/renewal/cancellation of work passes
