LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST (PART-TIME)
Responsibilities:
We are seeking the services of two exceptional tele-marketing professionals to contact business people who are in charge of making hiring decisions. The purpose of the calls is to establish interest in engaging us for recruitment services and by setting appointments for our senior members to meet up with the prospects to cement the engagement.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A professional, yet friendly telephone manner.
Ability to listen well and collect quality information from the people you telephone.
Good computer skills (Excel and Word primarily)
Ability to meet (and exceed) call targets per hour.
Ability to think quickly and act decisively.
Hard worker - sense of humour - all part of the job.
You will be working in a pleasant environment, around 20 - 25 hours per week. The position is casual initially and can lead to more substantial employment opportunities. There will also be an incentive component to commensurate the targets attained.
You will be fully trained and work with a very friendly team.
