Job scope:
- To attend to customers' queries regarding the iphone
- To retain and encourage customers to recontract their plans or upgrade their plans
- To advise customers on price-plans, products availability, etc
Requirements:
- Able to work for 3 months (Good performance candidates can be converted to full-time staff)
- Start work on 24th Sept
- Good communication skills is essential
- Confident to speak to customers when it comes to encouraging or convincing them to recontract their plans
- Patient & friendly
Details:
- North location
- Working days: Mon to Sat (Fixed off days on Sunday and one weekday) *Based on duty roster*
- Working hours: 9am to 6.30pm OR 9.30am to 7pm
- Pay: $7/hr - $7.50/hr
