RamenPlay Part Time Supervisor / Service Manager
Job Responsibilities:
For Both Position
- Accountable for the smooth running of the section/area designated
- Supervise, oversee and assist subordinates at all period in service
- Involve, prepare pre-service meeting/roll call for staff
- Keep the Manager/Supervisor informed on all items of interest
- Upkeep of the restaurant cleanliness and hygiene standard
- To attend all meetings and training programs when required
- Ad-hoc duties when assigned
Additional responsibilities forService Manager
- To assist in conducting training for the subordinates to maintain on a constant basis the highest possible service and conduct in a first class manner
- Lead and motivate staff in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction
- Create a sound and strong working relationship with all staff and help to develop their maximum potential
- Enforcement of hygiene regulations and upkeep of the restaurant cleanliness and hygiene standard
Educational Qualification/ Experience / Skills and CompetenciesRequirements:
- Secondary education / Certificate in Food and Beverages
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant field

Other Information:
- Singaporeans and PR
- Salary range: Between $10-$15 per hour (depending on experience)
- Working hours on daily average of 4hrs, there will be a probation period of 2 weeks.
- No need to work on all days (Depending on your schedule)
