Temp Receptionist for 3 months (West)

JOb Description Job Description

- Answer incoming calls 
- Receive visitors/ guests/ candidates and notify staff on the arrival of the visitors 
- Issue Visitor pass 
- Receive and distribute incoming mails/ parcels and keep proper delivery records/ documentation 
- Post outgoing mails and co-ordinate for courier services 
- Update Visitors' List onto LCD display 
- Update internal telephone directory 
- Any other ad-hoc administration support/ duties assigned such as raising of purchase requisition via in house electronic ordering system, arranging for interview appointment, etc.

Requirements:
- GCE O / A Levels
- No experience required
- Pleasant and speaks fluent english
- Familiar with MS office applications
- Able to commit for 3 months
