Temporary Administrative Assistant (6 months Contract) 

JOb Description Responsibilities: 

•    Attend to Counter (i.e. check, receive documents and collect cash or process Net payments)
•    Answer phone enquiries
•    Data-entry
•    Liaise with Client who speak Mandarin
•    Filing and general administrative duties


Requirements:

•    Minimum 1 year working experiences in similar position 
•    Detailed, numerical, mature and able to handle things independently 
•    Pleasant, positive working attitude and hardworking 
•    Team player and able to take pressure 
•    Good Interpersonal and customer service skills 
•    Able to converse in Mandarin
