Temporary Administrative Assistant (6 months Contract)
JOb Description Office located near City Hall MRT
Working Pattern: 5 days workweek
Monday to Thursday: 8.00am to 5.30pm
Friday: 8.00am to 5.00pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Attend to Counter (i.e. check, receive documents and collect cash or process Net payments)
- Answer phone enquiries
- Data-entry
- Filing
- Other administrative duties
Job requirements:
- GCE 'O' Level & Above
- Some administrative/counter experiences preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft
