Presentation Track Assistants
Someone who will need to handle microphone, act as Runner within the
Presentation Room/conference rooms. You will be mingling with large
no. of guests/VIPs, someone who is not shy and hands on person.
Assistant to Conference Organizer
Someone who is good with reading "hand written" English from
guests/VIP, and typing of reports. Must be willing to multi-task -
hands on person, ability to work in fast paced and other ad hoc
assignment by Client. Good spoken English a must!!
Runners
Preferably guys as there may be some carrying of things/stuffs/help in
moving rims of Papers/stationary, assist in setting up
office/Pre-summit etc. Mulit-task and able to work long hours (till
midnight) as you may be require to assist in sending Guests/VIPs to
Gala Dinners.
**Candidates who has prior experience in events/conferences or if Uni.
grads/undergrads who has experienced in events/hosting of social
activities would be an added advantages!!**
