Job Title: Assistant IT System Support Engineer
As a part of Level 1/2 team, you will be doing the following:
Administration of network user accounts and mailboxes
Technical fault analysis and troubleshooting.
Monitoring and verification of service processes – i.e. backups, patch
distribution, virus updation,etc
Maintenance of data centre environment – i.e. cabling, labeling, standards
Providing technical support to a wide range of users – internal and external;
Assemble workstation and server hardware
Provision of servers and network devices into data centre environment
Install and configure workstation software
Supporting desktop applications
Maintenance of detailed work logs and technical documentation,
including user guide lines.
Gathering data and preparing reports.
Undertaking project work when required.
Requirements:
Good knowledge in computer systems and its operations
Good knowledge in MS office applications.
Basic knowledge in service delivery
Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate
Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering
(Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology
or equivalent.
Applicants must be willing to work in Forth Lok Yang.
