Synopsis of Role
You will work in a dynamic and fast paced contact centre environment,
handling phone enquiries with regards to IT software products.
Essential Requirements
-Experience in contact centre or customer service
-Enjoy dealing with people
-Able to cross-sell/up-sell products
-Able to work in a highly dynamic environment
-Outgoing personality
Language Requirement
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin/Malay (to support the APAC market)
Working Location
-Tampines Central (5-10 mins from Tampines MRT)
Full Time Working Hours
-8am to 2pm / 2pm to 8pm (up to 44 hours per week)
