Customer Service cum Admin Assistants (Alexandra)
Job roles & responsibilities

Handle customers' feedback through phone & fax to arrange service appointments.

Assist in technical support & Malaysia's Call International Centre to
return customers' calls & enquiries.

Involved in warranty card management - data entry, mail extended warranty cards.

Support the front desk staffs.

Performs any roles & duties assigned by the management


Requirements:

Singaporeans or SPRs preferred.

Must be able to commit for a year. (Renewable contract)

Minimum ITE / "N" / "O" level holders.

Minimum 1 year relevant working experience.

IT Savvy.

Conscientious, aggressive with a positive attitude.

Customer oriented with good communication skills

Flexible to work on Saturdays when required.

Ability to start work immediately will be an advantage

Location: Alexandra. Working hours: Mon-Fri: 8.30am-5.30pm & Sat:
8.30am-2pm. Entitled to overtime allowance.


Temp Mobile Phone Customer Service Assistants (Vivo City)
Job roles & responsibilities

Attend to product queries & after sales service matters.

Take in repairs and return repaired sets; follow-up with customers on
the status of their repairs.

Work with Floor Sup to ensure smooth svc operatns.

Update customer data.


Requirements:

Singaporeans or SPRs need only to apply.

Must be able to commit for 6 months.

Minimum ITE / "N" / "O" level holders.

Minimum 1 year Customer Service experience.

Good communication skills.

Pleasant looking, customer oriented, team player with a positive attitude.

Flexible to work retail hours. (2 days off in a week)

IT Savvy.

Able to start work within short notice.

Location: Vivo City. Working hours: Mon-Sun: 11am-9pm.
