TEMP RECEPTIONIST (1 MONTH)
JOb Description Responsibilities:
• Perform reception duties such as handling incoming calls, taking
messages and directing calls/queries as required.
• Attend to visitors & direct them to the relevant staff/dept.
• Handle courier, sort and distribute daily mails, faxes and documents.
• General filing and other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• GCE 'N' or 'O' level and above with 1 year experience in
administrative duties.
• Computer literate and proficient in MS Office Applications.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Independent, pleasant and pro-active.
• Able to commence work immediately or within short notice preferred
• Able to converse fluently in both English and Mandarin
• Only Singaporean or PR need apply
• Working Location: HarbourFront Centre
• Working hours: Mon-Thurs: 8.30 am to 6.30 pm;
Fri: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.
