Mystery Audit for interesting events
JOb Description Job scope:
To access service level of staff. One will need to do the survey as
well as calls. Mystery audit will be fun as you can enjoy some
benefits during audits. Full reimbursement if can commit till
December.
Project Period:
November- December 2009
Job Requirements:
Must be 20 years and above
Must be a Male Singaporean and have completed National Service
Must have a minimum grade of B3 for GCE "O" Levels ENGL
Must be able to attend the interview, briefing and commit to the
project period dates.
Must be proficient in English and Mandarin
Must be comfortable travelling island-wide
Must be detailed in documentation and must have good observational skills.
Will be good if have member cards such as NTUC, SAFRA etc.
