We are looking for a team of IT and Administrative personnel to
oversee an Island-wide IT Asset Inventory Tracking Project.

Temporary IT Project Leader, Team Supervisor

& Administrative Support Supervisor

Open only to Singaporeans and Singapore PRs.


Project Duration:

Phase 1:


Date: 28th September 2009 to 04th December 2009

(Mondays to Fridays, excluding Public Holidays)

Time: 9.00am – 6.00pm

Phase 2:


Date: 04th January 2010 to 05th February 2010

(Mondays to Fridays, excluding Public Holidays)

Time: 9.00am – 6.00pm


Salary Range: S$1800 – S$2500/month

Position 1: Project Leader

Job Description:

To manage and lead a team of Technicians and Administrative personnel
to carry out physical IT asset inventory tracking and data
verification exercise (Wall to Wall project) at Client's premises.
To carry out project planning and resource allocations.
To provide regular updates and reporting to the Project Delivery
Executive and the Client Manager on the status of the wall to wall
stocktaking exercise.
To generate reports for sign off by the respective personnel of Client
for each completion of the wall to wall stocktaking exercise.

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma with at least 2 years IT project management experience.
Possess excellent IT Project Management, Resource Planning and Client
Engagement skills.
Strong understanding of IT Asset Management.
Good Communication and Leadership skills.


Position 2: IT Asset Management Team Supervisor

Job Description:

To assist the Project Leader in the project execution and resource coordination.
To lead and oversee a group of stock-take technicians in performing
the following duties:
Tagging of the assets with Asset Tags provided.
Data validation with the end users based on the standard forms and templates.
Installation of application on the end users' PCs / Laptops.
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of IT project Coordination experience.
Possess good IT knowledge, as well as, Microsoft Office skills.
Strong understanding of IT Asset Management.
Good Communication and Leadership skills.


Position 3: Administrative Support Supervisor

Job Description:

To assist the Project Leader in the project administration requirements.
To lead and oversee a group of administrators to carry out the following duties:
To input the accurate asset information gathered during the IT Asset
Inventory Tracking exercise into a central asset repository.
To consolidate the data collected from the IT Asset Inventory Tracking
exercise and prepare the respective reports.
To provide a full inventory report on the findings such as
discrepancy, faulty equipment and due for replacement, etc.

Requirements:

Diploma with min 1 year of project Administration experience.
Possess good IT knowledge, as well as, Microsoft Office skills.
Strong understanding of IT Asset Management.
Meticulous and careful in details.
Good Communication skills.
