Our client, an established MNC and is seeking for an EA (4 months
contract) to join their dynamic organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Running of the office as an Office Manager
• Overseeing the VP's diaries and schedules
• Handling all confidential matters, contracts, documents and general
correspondence
• Organizing, scheduling appointments and meetings
• Handling travel/hotel arrangement
• Collating of dates, preparing reports, presentation documents and
spreadsheets.
• Coordinating & liaising with the Senior Management and Business
Division in the ASEAN region as well as globally.
• Handling & coordinating conferences/business meetings/seminars
• Handling the office administrative matters
Requirements:
• Ability to start immediately
• Minimum a Diploma Holder
• Minimum 5 years of personal assistance to Senior Management and
administrative assistance to divisions, preferably expatriates in an
MNC environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently
• Proficient in Ms Office
