Job Description:
Answer customers' enquiries via email and call-ins
Providing Customer service
Job Requirements:
Preferably Diploma in IT
Good knowledge in IT, troubleshooting skills on modem, mobile wireless will be an added advantage
Ability to commit at least 6-9 months or more
Previous working experience in Call centre environment will be preferred
Ability to commit rotational shift and weekends
Good communication skills
Bilingual in English and Mandarin
Ability to undertake stress and fast paced environment
Ability to start immediate
Singaporean or Singapore PR
