Job Type : 6 Months
Location : Serangoon North
Pay : $7.50 per hour
Working Hours : 5 days per wk / 42 hours per wk
(Roster Monday to Sunday)
First Shift Start 8am
and last Shift
End Midnight
Transport : Will be provided for the midnight
shift
Job Requirements:
Min GCE 'A' Level and above, Preferably Diploma
Customer service oriented
Bilingual in English and Mandarin
Only Singaporeans or SPR need to apply
Job Responsibilities:
To handle hotline in a call centre environment
Attend to customers' enquiries and complaints
To handle general paperwork and ad hoc duties as assigned
Handle any other duties as assigned
