Perform order processing and issuing sales invoices
Prepare shipping documents
Inventory control and ensure timely delivery to customers
Liaise with sales dept on shipping requirements
Liaise with suppliers for quotations
Arrangement of air/sea freight consignment and courier service
Ad-hoc activities, filing of documents
Generate monthly sales, purchases and inventory reports
Requirements
Diploma and above
Accpac knowledge is an advantage
Good communication and negotiation skills
Team player
Meticulous
Bilingual in Mandarin
