Secretary to General Manager (Temp position for 6 months)

Responsibilities

To consolidate and submit weekly reports, monthly reports, quarterly
reports and others to management .
To maintain up-to-date staff records in terms of headcount, employment
contract, confirmation, resignation, work permit renewal /
cancellation, income tax, annual leave and sick leave record, overtime
records, insurance renewal / claims, training records and others etc.
Ensure timely readiness for the yearly audits; ensure full compliance
with regulatory requirements etc.
Other secretarial duties in support of the General Manager
General Administration functions etc.


Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

LCCI Private Secretarial Diploma (PSD)
Candidate must be conversant with Words, Excel and PowerPoint
